Faux Stained Glass Art

Stained glass is a beautiful way to create art using color and light. I wanted to come up with a easy and cheap way for everyone to be able to enjoy this lovely craft at any skill level. Whether you are intimidated by the craft or lack the time or resources to make real stained glass, this is an easy way to enjoy the next best thing.

What you'll need:

• A piece  of glass (I used an old picture frame from a thrift store)
• Dimensional fabric paint
• Mod Podge Gloss
• Paint or Dye (I used tempra paint)

Step 1: Outline your pattern with the fabric paint and allow it to dry overnight.

Step 2: Mix mod podge and paint and fill in the cells of your design with the mixture. 

Allow your project to completely dry and enjoy!
